Our Current Staff Members Include:
City Solicitor: Adam R. Salisbury, Esq.
Mr. Salisbury graduated from Gallia Academy High School in 1994, received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Evansville in 1998, received his Master of Arts from the University of Minnesota in 2001, and received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 2004. He is licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia and is also admitted to the federal circuits in each of those states. He has been the Gallipolis City Solicitor since 2010 and a resident of Gallia County since 1978.
Assistant City Solicitor: Amber Fellure, Esq.
Ms. Fellure graduated from Gallia Academy High School in 2001, received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rio Grande in 2005, received her Juris Doctor degree from Capitol University in 2008, and received her Master of Arts degree from Union Institute and University in 2011. She has been the Assistant City Solicitor since 2010.
Victim's Advocate: Susan Grady
Mrs. Grady graduated from Point Pleasant High School and holds an Associate Degree in counseling. She has been the Victim's Advocate for the Solicitor's Office since 2000.
Administrative Professionals:
Tanya Gill
Mrs. Gill graduated from River Valley High School in 1995. She is the holder of various certifications regarding office management and computer skills training. She has been employed in the court system since 1994 and is a lifelong resident of Gallia County.
Jennifer King Cremeens
Mrs. King graduated from Gallia Academy High School in 2002. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rio Grande in 2013. She is a lifelong resident of Gallia County.
